Meet Our Trainer


     My name is Rufus Wiggins , and I am the founder of Temple Building Fitness. I decided to become a personal trainer having een intrigued by fitness at a young age. Joining a football team at the age of 9 opened the door to my lifelong passion. I realized my adoration for my faith  after getting through college and decided to put the two together.  

 

   Desperately wanting to gain weight  to have a fair chance at competing in sports, I started with what I consider the magic five (squats, push ups , lunges, dips and sit ups) using my body as weight I was able to build a strong lifting foundation and core before ever lifting any weights. Once I got into the weight room I surpassed my goals.  Now, having emerged the other side and achieved my goals, I want to use my knowledge, my skills ,my experience to help others.

 

   My clients go through a physical and spiritual routine every session that I  hope will have a life long impact on how they assess the two. There's nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.  These feelings affects your whole way of  life, and I want to be able to help others change for the better of themselves and their families. I want to help clients discover the benefits of training that has helped me become the person I am today, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
